Someone commented on a Facebook or Instagram post, or replied in a thread waiting for an answer. Sent after each inbox sync (about every 10 minutes).

Headers: X-PostFlow-Event, X-PostFlow-Signature: t=<unix>,v1=<hex> (HMAC-SHA256 of "<t>.<body>" with the webhook’s secret). Answer 2xx within 10 seconds.
