Add the server to the workspace’s .vscode/mcp.json. VS Code asks for the key once and stores it securely:

Or run MCP: Add Server from the command palette, choose HTTP, paste the URL and let VS Code sign in with OAuth. Then open Copilot Chat in Agent mode and enable the PostFlow tools.
